As Part of CATK, We helped extend the Forskningsråd’s new 2D branding system into a dynamic 3D visual universe.
_
Built on Dubins Path, a mathematical model from the 1950s, the identity was translated into over 30 image assets for flexible use. These visuals were used in print, digital, and environmental applications throughout Norway’s scientific community. The task was to maintain mathematical precision while injecting warmth and clarity. The project marked the council’s first major brand refresh in over a decade. We collaborated closely with ANTI to balance rational geometry with accessible visual storytelling. The final toolkit supports a wide range of communication needs while remaining distinctively modern.
